Role & Responsibilities:
Perform all follow up for all outbound call.
Strong follow-up strategist.
Handle both inbound /outbound calls.
He / She will collaborate with company executives to develop strategic plans for business growth based on short-term and long-term goals, communicate those goals to your team, and guide them to success.
Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers, and individuals of high net worth) to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.
Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
Strong client focus including pre and post-sales services for long term wealth retention.
Conducting market review/studies and analysing competitors activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.
Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
– Responsible for achievement of sales target. – Actively and successfully manage the process of lead generation and negotiate closure.
– Identify new markets and visiting potential customers for new business. – Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.
– Uses Internet and other resources to better understand clients industry and business needs.
– Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
– Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
