Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Outreach

  • Develop and execute strategies for engaging celebrities and influencers to promote the brand, products, or campaigns.
  • Identify key influencers and celebrities who align with the brand’s target demographic and values.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends in influencer and celebrity engagement within the industry.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, their representatives, and agencies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for celebrity and influencer partnerships.
  • Ensure long-term collaboration by providing excellent support and maintaining mutual trust.

Campaign Development

  • Work with internal teams to design creative and effective campaigns involving celebrities and influencers.
  • Negotiate terms, deliverables, and compensation packages for collaborations.
  • Ensure deliverables align with campaign goals, brand messaging, and timelines.

Content Creation and Monitoring

  • Oversee the creation of engaging content featuring celebrities and influencers for social media, events, and other marketing channels.
  • Monitor and measure campaign performance, analyzing metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on the effectiveness of campaigns.

Event Coordination

  • Organize and manage events, including product launches, press events, or appearances involving celebrities and influencers.
  • Ensure all logistics, contracts, and schedules are seamlessly executed.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure all collaborations comply with legal and advertising regulations, including FTC guidelines.
  • Manage reputational risks by carefully vetting potential partnerships and monitoring public sentiment.

QualificationsEducation and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related role.
  • Experience working with celebrity talent or influencers in entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, or a relevant industry is a plus.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and audience trends.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Negotiation and contract management expertise.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and interpret campaign performance.
  • Creative mindset to identify unique collaboration opportunities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., influencer platforms, analytics software, and CRM systems).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
